We have only had it a few weeks but we are very happy with our purchase and experience purchasing this item. The salesperson, Cesar, was very helpful and patient as we had many questions. It looks wonderful in our kitchen and we love the four doors,
the measured fill water dispense feature and the pizza box compartment. Plenty of room for our 23 lb turkey in the freezer in addition to our regular items.

Pros:
1. large
2. shelving spacing
3. ice maker is great despite other reviews( little small though)
4. Cooling is amazing
5. The water dispenser is calibrated to the ml and the dispense feature is great for the coffee maker and needing exact amounts. The water is better tasting then our old whirlpool and much colder as well
6. The finger print resistance is real people
Cons:
1. The middle drawer does not keep vegetables longer and moisture is still high. Very disappointed in this drawer.
2. The freezer drawer makes a loud groaning noise when opening and will not open or shut like the middle drawer. I have already had a technician replace the slides and he was baffled. So theres that

I am giving two stars due to the fact that the top two fridge doors will not level despite the install and maintenance tech coming out and the bottom freezer drawer.

Bought this a couple of months back. have been running fine.
cooling is good. organization of both main compartment shelves as well as freezer section is good.
Ice maker a bit noisy, but not to bothersome as the water fill and dispense is where it makes sound and that's infrequent.
the new fingerprint resistant finish is different in hue from the previous ones. makes for a slight mismatch if placed next to older appliances already installed.

The refrigerator and it's functionality was great. I dropped it one star, because of two problems. Water filter was missing and the right door was close to an inch lower than the left door. Lowes did send a repair person to shim the right door, but did not send the correct number of shims. Waiting for second repair visit to add the final shim. I also had to purchase a water filter (>$50) and then return to the store for reimbursement. I did not pay what I did for the refrigerator to have the doors uneven.

We bought this refrigerator to replace our old one. I thought this would fix all the things we didn't like about the previous one. It has an extra pull out shelf in the freezer for more organization. Which it does help with that, except the drawers don't have very good sliding motion. I like the extra space inside the front door as well. The refrigerator half has great storage options as well with the sliding shelf for taller items, the deep door shelves that are adjustable. The biggest draw back for this section is the actual door. There is the flap that slides into the main unit to make it fully seal, it doesn't always open properly and it hits the other door when closing. You have to push it flat by hand when you try to close it. The biggest plus is the secondary door that can be personalized for different cooling options. We use it for all the stuff our kids tend to eat most so the main doors don't get opened all the time. Overall, I am happy because it fixed the things I wanted it to from my previous refrigerator. It just has other issues the other one did just fine. The ice maker is quite loud when filling up.

I was so excited to get a new refrigerator and spent extra to get the middle drawer for my small kids snacks. I love that feature. In fact I loved this fridge until it stopped cooling in the freezer then the next day in the refrigerator the week of Thanksgiving! Called the store I purchased from and was informed they are not allowed by Whirlpool to send a technician within the first year of my extended warranty. Only Whirlpool is allowed to service in the first year and it will take a week to get a repair man to come look at it. I live a huge city not a rural area where I might understand fewer repair people near. That is unacceptable for a brand new refrigerator. I am starting to seriously doubt my decision and Whirlpool customer service.

The compatible water filters are expensive and don't last very long. So I installed an external water filter and removed the internal filter. But now the refrigerator beeps six times very loudly any time it dispenses water because I don't have a filter installed. So basically, it refuses to shut up unless/until I accede to its demand that I buy the overpriced and useless internal water filters. And Whirlpool customer service has been no help whatsoever.

This refrigerator meets all of my needs. The drawers pull out easily, the shelves have a nice feature where you can pull and drop the shelf. I love the no finger prints on the exterior. A little pricey but it was worth it.

Like the refrigerator drawer and 3 freezer drawers. Easy to see times with clear glass shovels. Great feature is the 2 produce drawers are mounted on the bottom - much better to handle the weight and glide easier- just wish Whirlpool didn't make the bins smaller than most refrigerator bins. It is much quieter than I expected. Just purchased last week. Still getting used to having to use both hands to open with French Style doors, prefer 1 door - then other hand free to remove or put in food items, doors don't open 180* either. Like the programable water feature- don't need to stand and hold lever while filling cup and great for measuring out ounces for cooking.

I've only owned this fridge a couple of weeks. It is very quiet. I'm not crazy about the stiffness of the control paddle when dispensing ice or water. The ice cubes are small, but love having the ice maker on the door and not taking up valuable space in the fridge. I do miss the quick chill compartment for milk and wine of my old fridge and the small sliding dividers in some of the door bins for organization of smaller bottles.

I bought this fridge 2 years ago and the led light modules were replaced 2 times while it was under the 1 year manufacture warranty. Half of the lights went out again about 6 months ago and the rest are starting to flicker now. It has 12 led modules that are at least 50 dollars a piece. It's a good fridge as long as you don't mind using a flashlight to look inside after year 2. Photo 1 is a pic of the 2 of the 4 dead modules in the fridge. Photo 2 is a pick of the remaining burning leds that flicker like a strobe light the first 10 seconds you open the door. Thanks Whirlpool

Our old refrigerator was 6 years old and suddenly on the verge of not working..ugh..then steps in this handy wonder! Only issue is lack of interior space it has compared to my old GE, but it makes up with having a small separate drawer for just beverages. However, with lack of interior space, means lack of drawer room for fruits and veggies. Overall, very pleased with an American made unit and will need to adjust to new features.

Wonderful item. This refrigerator replaced a GE Profile top of the line 7 year old unit. I expect at least 10 years of trouble free service which is the minimum lifespan of a refrigerator. Unfortunately, this has not been the experience of myself,family and friends with many current makes and models.I and many others still have 30-50 year old refrigerators still providing trouble free service. The lack of quality in modern appliances is shameful. I hope this item is different, so far I love it but it is only a few months old. Time will tell.

Had refrigerator 4 months and compressor went bad. Service experience via Whirlpool Warranty was not positive. Poor customer service, and speed of service. No loaners, spoiled food coverages, or quick replacement options. Be prepared to be without a fridge for a while if servicing via Whirlpool.
