I bought product about 3wks ago & I am not happy with it. The freezer is too low, not leaving enough space for top shelf of refrigerator (bending down very low) AND the freezer. Is NOT freezing well. I am calling

Needed a refrigerator that was not more than 66 inches high and this one was perfect. My only problem was removing the protective plastic film on the doors. The film should not be placed under the gasket in the factory because then you can't remove all of it. I was able to remove about 95% of it.
I am very pleased with the fingerprint resistant stainless steel finish. I like the roominess of both the freezer and the refrigerator areas and they're well lit.

I have had refrigerator for about a month. So far, it's been great. The inside is bright, noise is not bad. One thing that the bothers me is the deli drawer does not close all the way. There is about 1/4" inch gap. I think it's designed that way as floor models have same gap. But it does dry out the deli meats pretty fast so that is not great

Great surface, hidden handle, lighting and drawers. My only critique is I would like the shelf's to accommodate higher containers. The shelving is adjustable but a little more choice would be excellent.

Bought this 1 week ago, working properly. 1 problem when ordering online did not realized that the doors opened from from left to right and I need them open to open from right to left. called company and they refer you to outside source, who charges too much money. Very disappointed.

I bought this refrigerator in July of 2019 and had to wait 2 weeks for it to be delivered. Then it took me 2 weeks before I put some bread in the freezer that I noticed stayed soft. It was 15-20 degrees in the freezer. I turned it up colder and then froze my lettuce.
Also, after I had it 2 weeks I tried to call the store where I bought it and where I bought the extended warranty and they would not talk to me. I wanted to send it back but it had been a month according to them despite the fact I was only in actual possession of it for 2 weeks.
Now I have had it 5 weeks and it is getting warmer in both compartments.
The previous refrigerator I had 25 years and it still worked although it was getting very noisy and I thought I would replace it before it failed. I really regret that decision.
I also am not impressed with the shelve configuration and the vegetable drawers are tiny. You can't even put a thing of celery in it diagonally. And it had more cubic feet than what I had previously.
It is nice and quiet though.

This refrigerator works very well basically. I do wish i t had more holders for shelves. I wish I had more control over temperature and I can't find a condenser pail. Other parts seem to not be at the quality level of my previous Maytag, a 19 cu ft unit. I like the lighting and the finish, (brushed steel).

Bought this from ABC Warehouse which was based on their recommendation. Freezer door has dent in it, no ice cube trays or tub to hold ice cubes, refrigerator door seal is separating from door. I cannot express how unhappy I am with Maytag and with ABC Warehouse - very reluctant to do business in the future with either company.

I had this refrigerator delivered July 19,2019. The doors had to be reversed which is common process I felt. Since we've had it I have ice and ice sickels on the freezer light.
I called Lowes and they put me in touch with there Lowes Advantage and was told I could replace the refrigerator because it was within the 30 day period since it was delivered. So I said let's exchange it so I was on the phone for fifteen minutes with the person giving the serial number etc. she said Lowes would call me when it arrived at the store. I called Lowes back a day later to inform them what I was doing and they say they cannot find any information that the exchange has been ordered. So I'm waiting for someone to call me back and let me know what is going on.
On the positive side it's the right size for us and it is quite while running.

I bought this model in September 2018. I waited until November 2018 for delivery. Almost immediately the deli drawer fell off of the plastic track it slides in and out on! For months the deli drawer sat on the shelf below while we waited for the repair person to replace the parts. Finally in early 2019, the parts were replaced, but the problem was not fixed! Deli drawer still will not stay in the track, it falls off the track every time we slide it out! So, deli drawer is still sitting on the shelf below!! It was determined by the repair person that the refrigerator was defective and Maytag agreed to replace the unit. New unit was delivered on May 27, 2019.....guess what...Same problem!! I hate this fridge! I have asked Maytag to replace it with a different model......I'm waiting for a repair person to visit my house. Do Not purchase this unit!

It's ok but storage space is strange. Shelves can be adjusted but not many layout options. Lots of bending to reach things. Should've gotten freezer on bottom.

Bought about exactly (2) years ago and all of a sudden the fridge freezes everything inside and then the freezer stops working. So bummed as we had been storing a bunch of yellowfin tuna in the freezer and it's all gone bad. Tried to fix per the instructions and after that didn't work asked for it to be serviced via this website. Whirlpool repairman shows up today, spends no more than 5 minutes and says: your compressor is broken. Charges me $129 dollars. So yeah, I would not recommend buying this fridge as it left us really really upset and frustrated after only (2) years in service.

I bought a refrigerator about a year and five months and recently it started to freeze our food and vegitables. We have had other refrigerators that have lasted 10+ Years. Yet this one conveniently a few months after the warranty ran out, it starts to act out. Been trying to contact maytag to see what they can do to help me fix their product. This is not acceptable to have a fridge start acting up, when it's basically new. Maytag will probably want me to pay to fix their bad product...How is that fair. I did my research on fridges and this one seemed to be promising. I think that due to this experience I will probably not buy maytag anymore, unless the company steps up to fix this issue.

We've had the fridge for 18 months. Now it freezes everything in the lower fridge portion even after turning down the setting and ensuring the vents are clear. It's basically unusable. Very disappointing.

Bought this a month ago freezer stays at 10-20 degrees with fan on at max all the time . If I put the refrig at highest setting it will go down sometimes but then the frig is too cold at 30 degrees . Motor then runs most of the time to keep temp . I have had two companies out no one can fix . As I say it's been one month or longer and no help Wish I could just throw it away

I can adjust the shelves to make it roomier for large items like pitchers, while having a large drawer for smaller items like lunch meat and eggs. There is plenty of side shelf room for condiments, too!!!

The unit is sleek out side, and spacious inside. Nice lighting, and the draws work great.
The only issue is that the center shelf falls off, and I cannot find a solution! Perhaps the wrong shelf was packed, because it does not sit on one side of the molded shelf support. Can anyone help?
