Oven Heating Element

Madd 9/14/2025

I like the flat top cooking surface and it's easy clean up. I was surprised when I got it home and found the exposed heating element in the oven. I bought online and picked up at a local store. The description didn't say it had an exposed heating element. I wouldn't have bought this model if I knew that. Now that it's in my home I'll keep it and live with the exposed element.

No replacement parts.

Dadof2 4/24/2025

The reason I had to buy a new stove is because the Amana I had the oven door fell off because the hinges were cheap and you couldn™™t buy a replacement. The only reason I bought another Amana is because it was the cheapest stove in the store otherwise I would™™ve bought something else. Hope this oven door doesn™™t fall off.

HAMMER77777 11/24/2023

Meh

HAMMER77777 11/13/2023

The oven works (which is not Saying much LOL). Because of the position of rear stoves, the knobs get very Hot. Also, self cleaning still requires removing racks and some cleaning, so not as advertised.

Great looking but lacks cooking ability

Disapointed 10/30/2022

This is a very good looking stove, but the cooktop does not get hot enough to boil water, even with aluminum bottom pots. That is a huge problem.

Lea A G 11/9/2018

I have owned this about three weeks. I thought I had forgotten how to cook. It turns out my old range had a temperature problem so my food was either burned or raw. Love the way it looks too. Looking forward to cooking Thanksgiving dinner.
